This flag football camp focuses on skill development and competitive play. Each day, the first half is dedicated to learning offensive and defensive skills and strategies, while the second half features flag football games. Flags and balls are provided, but campers must bring cleats or tennis shoes. Mouthpieces and gloves are optional.
Note: No pads or helmets are required. Please bring tennis shoes, cleats (optional), and a water bottle. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase during the camp ($1 - $3)
