BA's robot team took home both the Tournament Champion award and the Judges' Award for the Tennessee VEX State Competition. The team has qualified to compete in the world competition in Anaheim, California in April.
In the national qualifying tournament this weekend, nine upper school forensics team members advanced to represent BA and the State of Tennessee at this summer's national competition in Kansas City.

The TEAMS engineering competition took place on Thursday, February 20 at Murray State in Kentucky. This is the third year that Brentwood Academy has participated in the competition and 21 students represented our school.
Brentwood Academy advanced to the Division II-AA girls state semifinals for the second straight year with a 59-40 victory over Baylor at home Friday. They will face Briarcrest Friday, Feb. 28 at 1:15 PM at Lipscomb University.
This past weekend the Brentwood Academy forensics team competed at the Smoky Mountain Invitational forensics tournament, hosted by Carson-Newman University. Competing against a number of schools from around the region, BA placed first in Individual Events Team Sweepstakes.
