Bible Studies

Bible studies are offered to any student who chooses to be involved in a deeper study of God's Word. Bible studies are led by faculty members, alumni, students, and other qualified volunteers who have a special concern for the students at Brentwood Academy.

Be still, and know that I am God. - Psalm 46:10

Retreats allow students the opportunity to grow closer to God and to their fellow students. Two Upper School retreats are held each year (fall and spring), and one Middle School retreat (winter). Retreats are optional and free of charge.

Senior Theme Verse Retreat

Each summer before the start of school, the senior class takes a retreat to prepare for the upcoming year. While away, the group makes two decisions for the entire student body that are important aspects of life at BA. They choose the theme verse for the upcoming school year, and they choose the school service project for the year.

2013-2014 Theme Verse—Galatians 5:13

For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don't use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve on another in love. (NLT)
